Male and Female Junior Trials for the 2025/26 Season at Melville Cricket Club are now open!
Please note the following information regarding trials, age eligibility, application form and dates for each age group:
U13s Male Trials (Player must be born between 01/09//2012 – 31/08/2015)
Trial dates: 7 February 2025 4.00pm – 7.00pm
14 February 2025 4.30pm – 7.00pm
Where: Tompkins Park (Canning Hwy Side)
U14s Male Trials (Player must be born between 01/09/2011 – 31/08/2012)
Trial date: 14 February 2025 4.30pm – 7.00pm
Where: Tompkins Park (Canning Hwy Side)
U15s Male Trials (Player must be born between 01/07/2010 – 31/08/2011)
Trial date: 14 February 2025 4.30pm – 7.00pm

U17s Male Trials (Player must be born between 01/07/2008 – 30/06/2010)
Trial date: 13 February 2025 4.30pm – 7.00pm

Upon form completed, we will review your application for eligibility and provide further information about the Trialling process.

QUESTION: I live in X suburb, can I trial my child for the Melville Cricket Club?
ANSWER:
MALE – To be eligible for the Junior Male trials at the Melville Cricket Club, you must reside within the Melville area or in the boundaries of an adjoining club. (see below **)
FEMALE – there are NO Boundary or Adjoining Boundary Club restrictions for Junior Female trials at this time.
* BOUNDARIES and ADJOINING CLUB BOUNDARIES: This includes the areas covered by: Melville Cricket Club, South Perth Cricket Club, Fremantle Cricket Club and Willetton Cricket Club. If your suburb falls within any of these zones, you are eligible to apply for the Melville Cricket Club Junior Trials. *
