To all senior Female and Male players plus Under 17’s and Youth League,

This is a reminder and request for RSVP for our first Strength & Conditioning Fitness Session coming up next Wednesday.

This year we are using Owner and gun trainer Ryan Cook from Fitness Results to run our sessions.

Cooky will be tailoring sessions to ensure we are improving from the start of the ten weeks to the end.

The sessions are at Fitness Results from 6 – 7 pm.

Importantly we need you to rsvp so that Cooky can plan his sessions accordingly. Giving the gym is indoors too we will be running regardless of weather, this fitness is for YOU!

We should be getting good numbers so we expect most of us there unless you have work or other sport.

If you can’t attend please rsvp accordingly and inform Jenny or PT why.

Looking forward to slogging it out next week. 💪💙🖤🌩
