What is Sarcoma?
A sarcoma is a rare type of cancer that begins in the connective tissues of the body such as fat, muscle, blood vessels, nerves, bone and cartilage and is more common in girls and boys aged 12-16 which makes the message more important.
The symptoms are often an unexplained lump, bump or pain that persists for 2-3 weeks, with pain that doesn’t go away at rest.
Visit your doctor immediately if you notice these symptoms. With early detection, treatment is very successful, so just by building awareness this event will save lives.
